Selection is based on positive personal qualities and proven scholastic achievement.
Applications for the program must be submitted through Rotary Clubs and will be based on your positive personal qualities and academic achievements at both the Club and District levels. If selected, you may even have the chance to attend the London or Canberra International Youth Science Forums.
