Below are the results from the questions put to members on Monday night, Sept 2, by the DG. I am a big fan of AI and have used this to collate the answers into wants and solutions. Also, priority action points from the suggested solutions were suggested. Have a look. There is no surprise in some of the answers, and they support the information coming from growing clubs.  Note the numbers in the brackets refer to the original list I typed out from the results. I will add that list to the bottom. Happy Reading

Based on the suggested "solutions", here are the highest priority action points for the Milson  Club:

  • Make Meetings More Informal: Reducing the formal structure and incorporating more casual elements to make meetings more engaging (points 3, 6, 12, 21).

2. Enhance Social Engagement

  • Increase Informal Social Events: Organise more informal social gatherings, such as coffee meetups, offsite visits, and social functions, to enhance member engagement (points 6, 8, 12, 24, 26, 27, 30, 43, 44).
  • Ensure Welcoming Atmosphere: Make sure everyone feels welcome and engaged during meetings (point 10).

3. Promote Diversity and Inclusion
