Get ready for an evening as entertaining as a prime-time season finale! We are thrilled to host the incredibly engaging Kate Louise Elliott at our next gathering on 2 March 2026.
As the General Manager and Artistic Director of Centrepoint Theatre, Kate is the force of nature credited with revitalising the only surviving professional theatre company in regional Aotearoa. Whether she’s programming brilliant New Zealand works or maintaining the theatre's financial viability, Kate brings a level of theatrical command that is second to none.
Partners, friends and fellow Rotarians from the Manawatu are very welcome to join the fun, so don't forget to register soon to secure your spot.
Why You Should Attend:
• A Familiar Face: You may recognise Kate from her stellar acting credits, including playing twins in Shortland Street, Monica in Outrageous Fortune, or Vicki in Nothing Trivial.
• A Master of the Arts: A graduate of Toi Whakaari: NZ Drama School, her CV spans from Production Manager for Auckland Council to General Manager for NZ Fringe Festival and CubaDupa.
• Local Legend: Most recently, she brought the house down in the 2024 Christmas production, Feilding Market Fiasco.
